Itil

Cio can now use a whole set of best practices and recommendations through main IT Frameworks.
Although using this best practices is not mandatory, they are recommended by statutory IS auditors.
Recognized for the greater part at the international level, they are used by most IS departments, even if IT Frameworks remain, as a whole, not always easy to implement.
